Lots of picnic tables and bar-b-ques for family activities. It is actually a very small spring and is usually pretty crowded. No hiking trails. If you live in the area, it is cheap entertainment for a few hours. But I would not travel more than 30 minutes to see it. Not worth it. Pick another, larger spring to spend your day.

I've visited many times & love this spring, it's small but also has a camping area for a extra cost.

It is a nice swimming hole , cold and refreshing !! there are rocks in there be careful!, but not too bad just here and there and slippery . If you go during the week not too crowded if you get there early , the prices have gone up 2.00 a person and 2.00 per car. The bathrooms up front in bldg are clean , & showers all over, [ no doors in the ones up front bathroom , i don't know why ?? ] You can't go swimming now until 10am and there are plenty of picnic tables in sun or shade bbq grills and playground up front , you have to wear plastic bracelets now to go swimming , [i guess to keep track of people ? ] There is camping there too, but i don't know anything about that. Anyway a good place to cool off for the day bring food and drinks and have fun!

We visted the Spring this May, havent been to the area since 1968, and was delighted at how nice, and mostly unchanged the park is. I have and will continue to have the warmest of memories of Lithia Springs, and Valrico.
